Back in the days of Euca2, we introduced a --iaas flag, which was a shorthand form of --infrastructure euca. We would use this flag by default, since the Euca2ools worked on both Eucalyptus and EC2. However, as of Euca3, this is no longer the case, so using --iaas on EC2 will not work. Therefore, disable this feature and make the user tell us what cloud they're on.
