Remove mag_ofs_x/y/z from Status screen #2924

ArduPilot 4.2 (and higher) no longer send the SENSOR_OFFSETS mavlink message.

It is confusing to users to have the mag_ofs_x/y/z values in the status screen but always be zero. See user report here.

This is resolved in beta MP.
