Improved BAM navigation controls (BAM Viewer and BAM Converter preview)

BAM Viewer: Added navigation controls to
- jump to first/last BAM cycle
- jump to first/last BAM frame in selected cycle

BAM Converter (preview tab): Added navigation controls to
- jump to first/last BAM cycle
- jump to a specific BAM cycle
- jump to first/last BAM frame in selected cycle
