Getting potential coding/site design folks onboarded to contributing to the prototype website. Simple tasks for all getting a handle on building a simple and no-maintenance static open data site with some basic visualizations as a way to both:

• Surface a few bits of useful data and visualizations for current town events, focusing on policing and schools.
• Gather more interest from the project, from both volunteers and the town leadership.

The purpose of this milestone is to get contributors comfortable with adding their own datasets or pages to the site.
