New backpack restrictions and unlimited crate

Changelog:

• Created new "canTake" and "Backpack" attribute in classes where needed;
• Now backpacks are unlimited and spawn in a new crate that replace the old limited backpack crate;
• AT and AA specialist assistant now are the only classes that can access bergen backpack;
• Parachutes is now regulated by inventory restrictions;

Known bugs:

• Commander slot has in backpack crate 2 LR radio instead of one;
• AT and AA assistant has explosives specialist magazines;
• AT and AA assistant can’t equip both bergen camo and bergen tropical;
