Subtitle Syncer

A simple code to synchronize subtitles

Usage

python subtitle_syncer.py --input [.ass filename] \
			  --output [output filename without .ass] \
                          --delay [hours minutes seconds milliseconds] \
                          --start_point [hours minutes seconds]

Note: delay can be negative
