If I'm mapping a large part and collect a lot of data on one end while the other end is outside the sensor field of view, the existing data for out-of-view surfaces vanishes as new data accumulates. This is bad, since I'd like to be able to model big parts that I can't see all at once!

Changes the default pose to be identity instead of translated a meter in the x. Adds clang formatting file in ROS style. Runs clang formatting
