[Bug]: PR status is not updated on current branch and wroktrees

Bug Description

When we open the pr on main branch or worktree its just sit there showed as opened when its already merged

Steps to Reproduce

1. do changes on main branch or worktree
2. Create pr
3. Merge the pr
4. Automaker still show it as opened pr

Expected Behavior

Automaker should periodically check if the pr is still open and update it status

Actual Behavior

The pr status just stay as opened even when its merged
