[Bug]: Spec generation fails

Bug Description

I'm not able to generate a Spec and it always runs into this error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Spec tab
2. Generate the spec with AI and selecting any number of features
3. Then error occurs

Expected Behavior

Should give me the Features

Actual Behavior

Spec is not generated instead I get this error message

Issue comes from the prompt in:

automaker/apps/server/src/lib/app-spec-format.ts

For a test i correct them in the compiled "app-spec-format.js" and after that my answer from agent was an correct XML.
But there must be an second issue in the chain.. hope this helps.

Actually once you connected Claude code AND claude api it will work. Other then that nothing works without claude
