…eviewSurface is loaded. Added missing PXR_PLUGINPATH_NAME to add the correct relative path to lib/usd.

Minor adjustment: MAYA_WANT_UFE_SELECTION environment variable is only used for AL.

Took this change and the message in the output stream is gone. RHEL 7.6 |

To avoid duplication, I am closing this since upcoming new changes in refactoring_sandbox with have this PR already. |
