This PR converts the puppeteer test "shopper-checkout-free-cart" to Playwright, naming it slightly different to present the tests inside the file correctly, as "shopper-checkout-cart-coupon". Also adds "await" to "isUiUnblocked" calls in "shopper-navigation" file, to prevent flakiness.

npm run test:e2e-pw cart-couponand expect all tests passingnpm run changelogto add a changelog file, choosepatchto leave it empty if the change is not significant. You can add multiple changelog files in one PR by running this command a few times.Post merge
