Remove printed receipts mentions from WooPayments - those are hanled by WooCommerce now.

Changes proposed in this Pull Request

• Update wording on the IPP settings page to remove mentions of printed receipts.
• Remove a printed receipt preview as not needed anymore.

Note that settings in question still apply to email receipts.

Testing instructions

• The page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fpayments%2Fcard-readers doesn't mention printed receipts.
  • To get access to the page the IPP should be enabled for the store.
