Updates payments settings copy for Klarna Pay Now

During our bi-weekly discussions with Stripe, it was discovered that Klarna Pay Now is live.

Backstory: Klarna acquired Sofort and rebranded it Klarna Pay Now. They embedded Pay Now into the existing Klarna Buy Now, Pay Later experience. Pay Now is equivalent to a pay in full credit/debit transaction.

A call with Klarna makes sense to raise our concerns and that we’ll have to disclose very clearly to merchants, who have other choices, what they’re paying for.

This PR updates the copy for Klarna to disclose to store managers that they can use Klarna to pay now as well as over time.
