I have noticed this in the author-selector in the editor. I haven't looked into it much further than that, though I suspect this is a potential issue in general with the popover.

I am not able to reproduce this on my iPhone 6 in Safari or Chrome on OS X emulating the pictured Nokia Lumia 520. I believe this is because the pictured New Post/New Page toggle his been removed so the editor is no longer dropping to a second line. There may be edge cases (ex. long author names) where this still occurs, so it does warrant further testing.

Unable to reproduce, closing. Long author names are truncated with an ellipsis, so that appears to be a non-issue
