Deleted MockServiceBus as the mocking failed to work as intended. This has been replaced by FunctionTesterBase methods of CreateServiceBusMessage, CreateServiceBusMessageFromResource and CreateServiceBusMessageFromJson that create proper ServiceBusReceivedMessage instances.
