pytest-testrail plugin is actively being used in cloudn e2e ci pipeline, since we don't have any required CI checks in place, I'll add the bare-minimum black/pylint and sre workflow to avoid any un-verified PR merged into this repo.
I don't make this pylint/black workflow as mandatory check now, will make it mandatory after I fixed all the pylint/black issues (which there are lots of them).
