[FEATURE] Add Baggage Weight Filter Option

Problem Description

The app displays weight limits in the table but lacks a filter for these restrictions. Some travelers are interested in such filter.

Proposed Solution

Add a filter option, such as a checkbox labeled "Also check baggage weight," to dynamically adjust results based on airline weight limits. This filter should be integrated in the design to reduce clutter and not block issues like #11.

Additional Context

Weight checks are becoming common with European airlines, such as Air France, which sometimes weigh carry-ons and personal items together. Seems like this filter would improve usability for travelers.
