These tests fail because something is broken in the circuit/witgen!

Ok, as long as we prove and verify at least 1, I'm not gonna cry ;)
(because it's the only thing that exercises and verifies public inputs right now)

This may all become a non-problem in vm2

For now, this PR just exposes an option to let you toggle "AVM_CHECK_CIRCUIT_ONLY". It makes them way faster. We can discuss next week whether to enable this for any of the tests or just leave it as a local dev option.

I'm not completely sold on using check circuit in these tests but let's entertain it until we discuss it with the team.

Could we maybe check in the tests separately?

BTW, I see the problem in running proving on all the tests here, each one takes ~2 minutes. The issue I think is that too many tests were added in a place where they shouldn't. Originally, there were many tests here, then I created the bulk_test to take it down to "one test that exercises the public inputs" but then more tests were added.

If we want to have several integration tests here, then yes, maybe something like check circuit would work. We should also consider making this an "e2e" test otherwise?
