P2P end-to-end tests flakiness

Observation

The p2p end to end tests denoted as e2e-p2p in the CI seem to be quite flaky. The last time it failed was here without any changes made to the P2P code.

This hapens quite often for me and I think its because I've been making changes solely to barretenberg which cause a full rebuild, whereas it may hve gone unnoticed since those tests are probably cached otherwise.

Scrolling up it says fork_1 | eth_blockNumber for quite a long time and then one sees the following test failure:
