Dashboard: Provide a clear all filter option

There are many rows and it's easy to forget which is filtered and how. Would be helpful to have a clear all filters option.

@lilyjma Columns in the latest dashboard now indicate when a filter is applied. You can also just click the "All" card which will effectively clear any applied filters.
