Introduced a new property `RepublishAfterTransfer` in `PublishedNodesEntryModel` to manage republishing after subscription transfers. Refactored code to use timestamps instead of `DateTimeOffset` for better precision and consistency. Clarified command-line argument descriptions and set default values for configurations. Improved logging and configuration handling for accurate and efficient operation.
