Current Behavior

There was not much telemetry for expression assistant. We added it.

New Behavior

Answering these questions now:

1. How many users clicked the create expression button
2. How many users clicked the ok button
3. How many users got a response "There was a problem creating an expression .."
4. How many users got a response that wasn't "a problem with creating an expression..."

• This is a breaking change.
