Use IDurableClient with RawInput for LocalGrpcListener

This PR adds back the usage of IDurableClient when using the gRPC out-of-proc languages (.NET and Java). The previous regression is also fixed by using RawInput, where DurabeTask.Core will skip serializing and use the already serialized value directly.
