Need to figure out how to onboard the project to the Azure AppVeyor instance.

cc/ @asavaritayal @pragnagopa is this something you could help with?

We already have an appveyor project set up for Azure Functions. But the plan only supports public repos. When ready, we can make the repo public and I will with the setup.

We are waiting for legal to approve us open sourcing the repo. Once this is done, we can go through setting this up.

Alright. AppVeyor is all set up. @pragnagopa can you share with me the github badge link so I can add it to the readme?

Also, is the nupkg going into an existing package feed that azure-functions-core-tools knows about?
