Description of the new feature
Recently, it has become possible to retrieve FOCUS-compliant reports from Cost Management.
I would like to be able to retrieve such reports with the New-AzCostManagementDetailReport cmdlet as well, by specifying "FOCUS" for the Metric parameter.
