Description
This PR updates Azure.Identity (and System.Memory) so that it is compatible with the latest version of Azure.Core, specially now that they depend on the same (major) version of System.Text.Json.
The second commit fixed another "Cannot find System.Memory" issue in Release build.
The root cause is that in release build, the step to add psm1 to psd1 was missing, resulting in that the assembly preloading/redirecting logic was not executed (because it's in psm1), so that PS tried to locate dependent dlls in module's root folder and failed to find them.
I haven't figure out why it used to work. Will follow up.
