Fix Integer format: S360 swagger lint issues
R4013 IntegerTypeMustHaveFormat
It is the same as #13769
All breaking changes are expected.

Fix DatabaseVulnerabilityAssessmentRuleBaselines typo.
It only changes the resourceGroupName aka json file name. But the operation names were not changed. This typo leads to the API doc link error.
This JSON file name change does not lead to any breaking change.
