[HDInsight] Fixed PUT application parameter

This is a bug fix that requires a breaking change. The PUT body parameter is incorrect (i.e. it has always matched the PUT/GET response body, but the spec was incorrect). We'll add SDK tests for applications to catch these bugs earlier.

Examples were updated to match this fix.
