@number213 not sure if I missed these before, or they got reverted in the branch merge

@nschonni looks like they were merged into 2018-11-01 after release branch for 2018-12-01 was created and we didn't sync those API versions. Thanks for noticing.

@nschonni there were other issue after merge, so I've opened PR with fixes (#5202) and cherry picked yours too
