Introduce OperationKind enum

• OperationKind - enum -
• CosmosConflictProperties - getOperationKind() - return enum ?
• enum should only be on Create, Update, Replace, Delete - Not for read operations
• Add Unknown enum for future / backward compatibility - to avoid breaking changes in future.
