Design and implemention for Azure Spring Cloud Messaging 4.0

To implement the design doc of Azure Spring Cloud Messaging 4.0, the task could be divided into the following two parts:

• Refactor current messaging modules with Spring's convention Refactor Spring Cloud for Azure messaging modules with Spring's convention #24293 (Refactor azure spring modules of messaging, integration and cloud stream. #24147)
• Deprecate RXJava and CompletableFuture support in main branch Deprecate RXJava and CompletableFuture support from azure-spring-integration module #23595
• Drop RXJava and CompletableFuture support in 4.0 branch Drop RXJava and CompletableFuture support from azure-spring-integration module #22755(drop rxjava and completableFuture api #24326)
• Give a detailed design about the feature/class/API of azure-spring-messaging, azure-spring-messaging-eventhubs and azure-spring-messaging-servicebus, which should cover the following points:
  • Finalize the feature the above modules should support.
  • Design the class abstraction/organization of the above modules.
  • Finalize the API provided.
