Currently, I believe our browser tests on Mac will use headless Chrome, the same as Windows and Linux. We should enable browser testing in Safari on Mac to increase our test matrix.

Once the tests themselves run in Safari on Mac, this configuration should be added to our test matrixes (#9462).

TODO: Update our karma configs with karma-safari-launcher and pick safari if we are on mac.
