App Configuration nightly test runs are failing with:

Error message:
Error is not recognized

Stack trace:
Error: Error is not recognized
at assertThrowsRestError (/mnt/vss/_work/1/s/sdk/appconfiguration/app-configuration/test/public/utils/testHelpers.ts:167:13)
at processTicksAndRejections (internal/process/task_queues.js:97:5)
