Reproduction Steps

we are running Azure AI Agents using Semantic Kernel .NET.
This error popped up once and couldn't repro consistently.

Hi, @karthiksimplist in the new version of Azure.AI.Agents.Persistent we have added more logging into the code handling streaming. Please upgrade to the latest version:
