Add the ability to redirect requests in the performance framework to the Test Proxy Server.
Port the implementation from.NET PR, contact Mike for the details.

@mikeharder, @g2vinay - looks like this was resolved with the referenced PR.
Is there a reason it's still open? Anything more needed here? Or can I close?
