Missing an exception in try/except that caused Keyvault CI to fail

now node.value.infer() can be uninferable which cannot be iterated through by next() and throws a typeError

Also found:
*was passing instead of returning after TypeError/Inference/AttributeError -- causing False positives
*Switched next() to any(listing) on Izzy's advice
