Improve manageability of nodeprep scripts by unifying the non-native, custom image and native docker scripts into one script.

Remove offer/sku and instead use lsb distrib id/release
Remove unsupported offers out of scripts (dead code)
Remove Ubuntu 14.04 support (Support ending for Ubuntu 14.04 #164)
