This allows installing symlinks as part of the package. This is different than the image post install symlinks since they are part of the package itself rather than just part of the container that gets built from a package. Signed-off-by: Brian Goff <cpuguy83@gmail.com>

Adds support for library files and package-level symlinks.
These are required for supporting packages such as golang.
Also adds more in-depth docs for artifacts.
