negeer HR dataservice v2.5 data en test voorlopig, nieuw bestand nodig voor deze testcase ook sbi_activiteit van rechtspersoon verwerken, plus test meer testcases en gebruik string -niet long- voor sbi code verwerk ook functionarissen

Omdat het versie 2.5 koppelvlak van de HR dataservice vervalt.
Tevens uitbreiding van gegevens die worden verwerkt; functionarissen worden nu verwerkt, mits voorzien van de sleutel uit de betreffende BR (
cat:naamPersoonheeft die niet dus die kunnen niet worden geladen). Daarnaast wordt de BAG adresseerbaar object aanduiding gevuld indien aanwezig.upgrade instructie
Als je gebruik maakt van de CVmHR applicatie om de HR Dataservice te bevragen dan moet daarin de configuratie omgezet worden naar versie 3.0.
Zoek in de
AppSettings.configbestanden naar de keyHR-DataserviceVersionNumberen pas deze aan naar versie 3.0 (van versie 2.5):close #443
