Problem confirmed locally:

$ caget gp:saveData_retryWaitinSecs
Channel connect timed out: 'gp:saveData_retryWaitinSecs' not found.
$ caget gp:saveData_retryWaitInSecs
gp:saveData_retryWaitInSecs    15

Should have capitalized In
