addition of Facet team photos, initial FAQs and git badges #97

PR

This PR does the following:

  1. Updates the Readme with gitbadges - note many links will need to be added once things are created (for example packages) the links have been left empty to ensure it is obvious they will require updating
  2. Add the initial FAQs section
  3. Adds the BCG Facet team personnel photos to the about us section of the documentation

Please note this PR is sequential and relies on PR #53 in pytools.

To run
Navigate to the sphinx directory and run python make.py html.

Expected outputs
Please check the git badges are present (repo ReadMe)

The FAQs section is population

and the team photos are now present
