LW first working version

First version of BH TOM, which was installed on visata, and was operational from Dec 2019 until Mar 2020.
The main features:

• list of events for observations
• sorting by priority
• target lists
• computes Sun distance
• shows Sun and Moon on the map
• plots Gaia, ZTF, CPCS data
• updates Gaia, ZTF, CPCS data
• just one user (testuser) plus LW as admin
• possibility to upload spectra as text files
• telescope requests: LCO and Gemini
