Description:

Add support for methods required for the PlanarSurface to be an IElement2D, as highlighted in BHoM/BHoM#426 .

Strategy to handle InternalElements2D is to create new temporary PlanarSurfaces that have ExternalBoundaries corresponding to the InternalBoundaries of the host PlanarSurface.
