  • remove old version statements
  • remove old debug runs
  • use version from pyproject.toml definition for CLI
  • cleanup old obsolete debug runs
  • raise version to 0.2.1
  • don't keep separate version for decision system, but use bim2sim version to manage different versions in decision files
  • improve robustness to download EnergyPlus docker container (unrelated)
