This is a reference implementation for the augmentation method introduced in the ICASSP 2024 paper "Single-Source Domain Generalization in Fundus Image Segmentation Via Moderating and Interpolating Input Space Augmentation".

Environment setup

conda create -n rcsi 
conda activate rcsi

pip install -r requirements.txt

Run sample codes

python rcsi.py
