Created smartcoin page Moved common asset locale strings to the common asset locale file to reduce duplicate locale string contents Updated the deeplink dialog to allow multiple operations of any type in one deeplink Updated asset flag/permission appearance & info Changed filename of the create uia file TODO: Finalize TRX contents (up to 2 different operations) & adhere to finalized smartcoin disable-bit issuer permission Hexadecimal Literal Values
