This change makes
fn:load-xquery-moduleload a repository module, when there is nocontentorlocation-hintsoption.Also it catches any unknown exceptions from evaluating variable values in
FnLoadXQueryModuleand translates them to aNo value assigned to ...error message. This is for handling%basex:lazyexternal variables without a defined value.
