v0.8.5 - Noticeboard and fixes

• Added Noticeboard containing news panel, current events and trending maps
  You can download maps and event playlists directly from there and always have up-to-date information about recent BL developments and other community news and events.
  If you want to hide the noticeboard, there is a toggle in the mod settings.
• Moved leaderboard contexts list to the server, so we can expand it without mod updates.
• Moved headset and controllers to the server to fix displaying the newest info in score details
• Fixed log-in session could break during playing
• Fixed crash on programmatic soft restart
