大致说一下思路首先获得 favicon.ico 文件然后进行 base64 编码，编码后的数据要求每 76 个字符加上换行符。具体原因 RFC 822 文档上有说明。然后 32 位 mmh3 hash

对于这种类型的数据如果计算不准确可以去掉data:image/vnd.microsoft.icon;base64,只保留 base64 数据试试
默认使用的是 int32 数据如果想获得 uint32 的值可以加参数 -uint32
