Adds random ore turfs to, and updates, existing mining ruins. #2691

About The Pull Request

Revamps mining17, replaces some pre-beebase turfs in the required ruins, as well as sprinkling random ore gen turfs to the ones that did not have them.

Why It's Good For The Game

Added ore variety in ruin asteroids should help low-mining-yield rounds to remain enjoyable, and pre-beebase replacements might help prevent weird runtimes (?)
